Diversity and Inclusion
Embracing Diversity, Fostering Inclusion, Driving Success
Momentum Recruitment believes in treating all people with respect and dignity. We strive to create and foster a supportive and understanding environment in which all employees can thrive. We recognise the importance and value that employee diversity brings to the industries we serve.
Our business leaders are trained in managing diversity and committed to providing opportunities that allow individuals to reach their full potential irrespective of individual backgrounds or differences. We recruit, reward, and promote our employees on merit, considering their individual performance, capability, and potential. Our diversity framework recognises and values differences in ethnicity, gender, language, age, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, and physical ability. We believe that diversity of thought and perspective promotes innovation and a high-performance culture.
We also prioritise the three core elements identified for service providers who are assisting long-term unemployed, minority groups and diversity groups back into work:
Corporate Social Responsibility
